New Instruments: Unless otherwise indicated at the initial sale, M 'N' M offers a 7-day return policy on all new instruments that fall under a manufacturer’s warranty. Any manufacturer’s defects and returns must be handled through the manufacturer. M 'N' M will assist in facilitating these returns to the best of our ability. In the case of a return, it is the responsibility of the client to return the instrument in the exact condition it was received, all shipping charges to and from are the responsibility of the customer as are all fees associated with the sale (e.g., CC transaction fees, third-party site fees, etc.)
Used Instruments Purchased Online: Unless otherwise indicated at the initial sale, there is a 72 hour tryout period during after which, the client must communicate the desire for a return and get authorization from M 'N' M management. Returns of Goods Received Damaged: Make N Music takes great care in packing and shipping, however we cannot be responsible for damage incurred while shipping through a 3rd party. In the case of damage, it is the responsibility of the customer to document, with photos, all damage to packing, cases and goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to save all packing and shipping materials, to contact Picker’s Supply immediately upon discovery, and to hold all merchandise, shipping containers and packing material until further notice. We ensure each shipment and although the process may take time, these policies are integral to ensure a complete refund.
